A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from We Courier It via WhatsApp or email. Until confirmation is received, no collection or delivery commitment exists.
We Courier It is not liable for delays caused by incorrect address details or non-availability at collection.
All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payment is required before collection unless a credit account arrangement has been agreed in writing.

The following items are strictly prohibited from being sent via We Courier It:
Sending prohibited items is a criminal offence and We Courier It will report any suspected illegal activity to authorities.
We Courier It does not accept liability for any loss, damage, or theft of parcels in transit. By making use of our courier service, the client acknowledges and agrees that all shipments are sent entirely at the sender’s own risk.

Insurance: Parcel insurance is not included in the standard courier fee. Clients are strongly advised to arrange their own insurance cover for valuable or fragile items. We Courier It can assist in sourcing insurance — please request this at the time of booking.
The sender is responsible for ensuring all parcels are properly packaged. We Courier It reserves the right to refuse collection of any parcel deemed inadequately packaged.
