Your parcel may be handled several times from collection to delivery. Good packaging helps reduce the risk of damage, delays and failed delivery.

Choose packaging that fits your item properly. The parcel should not be too tight, but it should also not have too much empty space inside.
For heavier goods, use a strong double-wall box where possible. Lightweight but bulky goods should be placed in a larger carton with enough internal protection.
Avoid using:
If the parcel is heavy, do not overload one box. Rather split it into smaller parcels where possible.
Important: For safety reasons, parcels must be liftable and manageable by one person. If a parcel is too heavy, it may need to be repacked into smaller packages.
Your parcel may be handled multiple times during collection, sorting and delivery. This is why secure packaging is important.
Avoid using newspaper or loose paper as the only protection, especially for breakable or delicate items.
Before collection, make sure your parcel details are clear and correct.
Clearly write FRAGILE on the box or use fragile tape.
Tip: Place a copy of the receiver details inside the parcel as well, in case the outer label is damaged during transport.
For safety, legal and handling reasons, some items cannot be accepted for courier transport.
